Just love this place! The food and service is very good. There is real hustle and bustle about the place. Though the noise level can be high with large groups and the Bottomless menu.

Amazing food, wonderful approach to prosecco with the syrups and all, very friendly and helpful staff. A great outing to be sure!

The only thing that brings the score down is the lack of disability accessibility and the very illegal state of the red cord in the disabled bathroom.

Went to bottomless brunch on Saturday afternoon. Excellent value for money. Halloumi, steak and cheesecake were excellent. Chicken wings weren't anything to write home about. Staff were fantastic about keeping the drinks flowing really saw the value in such a great deal and excellent quality food.

After walking passed many times during trips to Lichfield, I finally had the opportunity to experience it having been invited to a breakfast event being hosted there. Have to give a massive shout out to the staff who provided an endless stream of excellent coffee and what must be the best laid out table of mouth watering pastries and fruit I've seen in some time.
Spoke to a few people who are regulars and they all mentioned how good the food is, and in particular, their Sunday lunch.
Suffice to say, I shall be returning to give it a try.

A lovely bar and restaurant with quality food and drink. The staff were really friendly and polite. The rack of lamb that I had you could cut with a butter knife such was the tenderness! The ambience was fantastic too with customers dressed to a high standard and the great music playing just at the right level so you didn't have to shout at each other when having a conversation. We are planning another visit very soon! Well done The Wine House!

Chaotic and no attention to detail. Was asked if we had ordered drinks twice before and thrice after the meal, each by a different person. No sense of organisation from the apparently inexperienced staff. Starters were okay, but main courses clearly overcooked. Large portions but not prepared to the quality paid for. Only redemption were the cocktails, which were interesting but arrived very late after ordering. Wine list is strangely uninspiring, given the name of the place. A wine house in the sense that it attracts wine aunt's and not for people actually interested in wine (or good food for that matter).

I visited the wine house last Friday with my friend for bottomless brunch. We were so looking forward to it as it was our Christmas treat. We booked the table 4-6. When we arrived, we were greeted warmly and shown straight to our table which was great. By quarter past 4, no one has come to take our drinks order or food so I then had to ask for some drinks. Again, our glasses stood empty on the table for around 10 minutes, so I then went up to the bar and ordered drinks myself as I knew we were not getting served anytime soon. This happened on 2 other occasions where I had to go to the bar and order drinks. By 5 o’clock, the waitress came over and asked if we had been server our starter, we replied no. We finally had out starter about 10pm at 5ish. I ordered the chicken skewer. I had to send it back as it was burnt, it was inedible. We then had a wait until our mains came. My friend ordered the sea bass and it was stone cold. It had to be sent back. I ordered the steak and it was cold too. We then had sticky toffee pudding for pudding, that to was cold and horrible. On the whole, really disappointed with our experience, all the food was either cold or inedible, we had to wait an hour until the starter arrived, we had to get our own drinks on 3 occasions it was just really poor. DO NOT book here for bottomless brunch, the service and food is just unacceptable!
