North and South Wines

My experience with them was pretty standard with no issues with placing the order itself. The issue arose with the delivery of the item. Issues can/do come up from time to time but for me it's how you handle that which sets you apart from others. The owner personally phoned me, kept me updated, was professional and polite and I believed that he was doing everything he could to resolve it. It worked out in the end (it was for a missing package and he already had a plan in place for replacement) and I would definitely use them again.

Excellent service with a real personal touch.
I placed an online order for a case of wine as a wedding gift for some friends. I typed a short gift message in the comments box expecting it to simply be printed out and placed in the delivery. Instead, the next day I received an email from North and South Wines with photographs of 6 beautifully gift wrapped bottles with a hand written card containing my message. They really went the extra mile to make my gift purchase special. I would highly recommend and will definitely be shopping there again.

Fantastic online selection of wine, with some great prices and some wonderful finds... Having started buying from them early last year, I've been going back and back, and the service from Marco and the team is excellent. Prompt delivery, and they respond on email in a couple of hours. Would recommend them to anyone - doesn't matter where you are in the country!

I have placed about 6 orders for Champagne from North and South Wines and I've been very happy each time. They always have some good bargains and despite the fact that I have opted for the cheapest shipping option every time, my wine has always turned up quickly.

I really should stop buying all this Champagne as I'm not drinking it fast enough but when I see an offer like Henriot Brut Souverain for £23, it's impossible to resist. Keep up the good work.

Ordered six bottles of Cannonau from N@S wines via Amazon. They did not arrive. I had to contact N@S twice and even then, when they had actually ordered and dispatched my wine they arrived three days late. Poor communication and slow delivery. Could not recommend. The wine is good though.

Great selection and fantastic service. I ordered champagne online at 10:30am and had it on the doorstep by 11:45am. Unbelievably helpful and very much appreciated. Highly recommended.
