Majestic Wine

Extremely courteous and friendly, kept me up to date personally throughout my internet order. Offered a glass of champagne on arrival and could see there were tasting opportunities on. Other shoppers were getting some detailed advice from the team which impressed me greatly. Even better, the prices are quite reasonable!

Great staff who friendly, helpful and go out of their way to help you. Spoke with all the three people working and all three made it a great experience.

Offers on tasting wine before buying and plenty of information.

We had small issue with an app that offered a coupon crashing and they understood and helped with the issue even though it wasn't fault of Majestic Wine. Great service.

Some of the nicest, most helpful and passionate members of staff I've ever come across in a store. Nothing is too much effort. Sold on the customer service anyway but the prices are good too so we will be going back here when we need to replenish!

The Lady that served me was exemplary. She was intelligent, efficient, understanding and clued up. Honesty, I've never received better service anywhere. I don't normally write reviews, but that lady deserves recognition for her work.

Excellent, knowledgeable staff. I've not had a bad wine suggested to me. Great selection too at great prices. The quality of wine you can get for the same price as supermarkets is fantastic so now I go for the 6 bottle deal here for the month rather than a trip to the shop every weekend.

Popped in today and Sofia was truly knowledgeable about many areas of wine. We’ve come away with some lovely wines we never would have thought to try before.

Absolutely fantastic place. Staff are helpful and very knowledgeable. You can tell they are very passionate and keen on what they are selling. As soon as I walked in a staff member rushed over to help me out with my questions and what I was looking for.

I was on a budget so it was very nice the help they gave me in finding cheaper wines. Managed to get a selection of 6 fairly cheap wines (Price between £4.5 and £7, with only one bottle being over £10).

Will come again!

If you like a wide selection of wines but inattentive staff; this is the place to go.
