Incredibly rude man behind the counter. Angrily and aggressively confronted me because I had had a package delivered to him via UPS. He was outraged that the package had been delivered to him, even though UPS offered his shop as a drop-off point option. He sent my parcel back so I don't have the parcel, despite the fact that I paid $200 to deliver the parcel. Do not use this place as a drop off! The rudeness of the man is extreme!
