Probably the best service I've had all year.! I'd left it late to arrange a wine gift for a birthday today. I emailed Islington Wines at midday to see if there was any chance they could deliver during the afternoon. In the space of 3 hours they had responded, helped me choose the wine and delivered, with no delivery charge. All with no fuss, and were apparently really lovely when they delivered. Islington, you are so lucky to have them locally. And thank you to Sha - you are a star.

Wanted to pick up 12 bottles of Ruinart Blanc de Blancs for a wedding at short notice. Everyone I contacted was either sold out or charging silly prices. You guys not only had it in stock, but helped me out with a deal! You now have a customer for life. Well played! Best booze shop in Islington :)

This is a truly fantastic local institution. They have such a great range of wines, for everyone at each price point. The staff are all so lovely, and helped us with the champagne for a friend’s wedding. We were so sad to hear about Desmond’s passing as he was so lovely, but we know it is still in safe hands.
