VINVM LTD

I have ordered from VINVM on numerous occasions. This is hands down the best online wine retailer with the largest variety of wines. I pretty much order Argentinian Malbec 99.9% of the time. Argentina simply does it better. Brasil does football the best, Italy does pasta the best.... VINVM simply does wine deliveries and service the best in the UK.
Monta Conrad is always fast to respond to queries or on the rarest of occasions quickly solve issues. These guys have every hallmark and quality to be spectacular. If only they expanded and did more.
It is so frustrating when wine isn't in stock as they leave it on the listing and say 0 bottles available... but at least they are honest with this rather than acting like they have something and making you wait. They manage expectation at least which is really important. WIne takes between 3-5 days to arrive. They were my saviours during lockdown. I have ordered so many times now and will continue. Please get more Argentinian stuff from Revancha and Trapiche varieties please!
They also price lower than everyone else usually also which is the other major plus. I just wish they would have incentives to buy more bottles on some of them like some sites do.

Processed the order to then tell me it was out of stock. Requested a refund, Had to call the following day to chase confirmation of the refund. Waste of time. Avoid.

Great, quick service and a large selection at reasonable prices. Recommend.

Continual and unacceptable excuses
I have given VINVM the benefit of the doubt in the past. Never again Avoid this company at all costs.

Excellent selection of foreign wines including a really impressive selection of South African wines. Extremely helpful, friendly team at the collection depot.
