Awesome! All Malt Japanese whisky was delicious and the staff were great!

Kumal was excellent. He helped us select wines and prosecco for our wedding, importantly staying within the budget. We had sent our menu ahead and he had selected some pairings at multiple price points for us to sample. His recommendations were on point. We will definately be using Majestic Wines again.

Very helpful staff, steered me to the red wine specials to assist with my case purchase selections. I'm now in Australia but want to purchase more for my daughter for Christmas, but I havent had an answer to my recent email yet.

Wine snobs - very surprised by the poor customer service. Apparently, regarding bottles under GBP10 (ten pounds), the various bottle/wine characteristics "do not make a difference". Though no wine expert, this is a lie and therefore would challenge the claim made by a fellow google reviewer that the current staff in this branch are knowledgeable. Add to that being treated as an inconvenience when I was the only customer in the branch: you should neither change your mind nor extend your product search lest you wish the staff to react as if they were being antagonized. Much better off going to the supermarket and this is a shame since it is always nice when trading with professional, commercially-minded experts that take pride in their work, workplace and products.
First time in Majestic (now I get it) and definitely the last.

I appreciate how spacious this place is. They have a large selection of wine and some good beers you can’t get elsewhere. Prices are hit and miss.

Always a good place to visit to expand wine knowledge and try additional wines to the regular favourites. Staff good parking good wine selection good. I always come away spending more than i budgeted.
The service from staff is excellent Their knowledge is great and varied and they are extremely helpful.

We love this place. It is our local wine shop and yesterday we joined them for the wine tasting which was a great fun! Jamel was our host and he helped us to choose some decent bottles. We are super impressed with his knowledge and expertise 😍 absolutely lovely evening, wonderful people and delicious wine 🍷
