Nicolas St Johns Wood

I was very happy with the atmosphere and recommended wines. However, when I was about to pay, I looked up the ceiling, I noticed a crack and there's a water leak. I will come back because of the friendly staff and will recommend to everybody else and hope this leaking issue is going to be sorted asap

Love this little shop at top of SJW High St. Frank and his colleagues are friendly, informative and pleasant to chat with whilst buying wines and cognacs you don't get from local supermarkets. Which is exactly as you want it. There are some expensive, high quality alcohols in there which make for discerning gifts plus some carefully chosen artisan cheeses. Some beer and ales as well....overall there's a level of service that makes it a pleasure to visit.

Usually I get frustrated when I have to describe the kind of wine I want, but I am quite satisfied with the recommendations, I bought one bottle for myself and the other for my family, nicely gift wrapped and looking forward to try the last one back at home. Good welcoming of the staffs is a plus.

Very friendly staff

Was in the shop then went to the shop next door and I was a witness of how Nicolas staff talks to the staff members next door. Disgusting and very unprofessional for a person who works in customer service to talk in this way to others who are doing their best. Very disappointed of your staff members.
