Ordered two cases of wine two weeks ago, the red turned up fine however the second one has been at DHL East Midland Airport for a week now.Trying to communicate with is company is a nightmare, they think that damage may have occurred to the second case which is why it cannot be delivered, however cannot confirm if there I’d damage as they cannot speak to anyone at DHL.🤔🤔

They tell me to wait until it’s “ eventually “ delivered, if there is damage they will replace those bottles, their comment is that they are in the hand of DHL.

My contract of sales I’d with Cellar One, that’s who I paid the money to two weeks ago, I have asked for them to fulfil the order conducted between myself and themselves, get DHL to return the box that has been sitting in their depot to them, no reply email to that.

What has happened to delivering a customer experience that makes the customer want to buy again, in this case never will I do business with this company again.

I will return to my previous reliable supplier, I thought a change of supplier would be good, certainly it is not on this occasion.

Just supply the wine I paid you for and give me a level of customer service I deserve.

Bought wines online. Usually very prompt. Occasionally had delays but very reasonably priced wines.
