Majestic Wine

A great wine tasting event hosted by the Leicester Majestic team, every member of staff was great and knowledgeable - Kieran, Sacha, Louise and Adam. Looked after us very well and didn't rush us to leave even though they close at 8pm. A great selection of wine, gins and other spirits, speaking to Louise the staff attend training courses to establish a taste for all the different wines to be as knowledgeable as they are. Thank you for having us.

Very nice service and friendly staff. You don't have to be a wine expert to come here. I just wanted some nice wine to drink and not fuss about the pairing with foods etc and the staff were great. They helped me pick out some great wines just to enjoy on their own. Always go hear and good value with their 6 mix deals.

Very nice place with good atmosphere. Staff is very helpful and genuinely friendly. Freddy is a really cool chap, makes great conversation and is really knowledgeable about the different wines in the store. This place is worth a visit even if you can't even tell red wine apart from white, you'll definitely be leaving having learnt (and maybe even tasted) something new :)

Visited the store today to select wines for my daughter's wedding in a couple of months; very impressed with the service! Kyle was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, making the process a most enjoyable part of the wedding planning. He took time to appreciate our preferences and budget before offering guidance with our selections. Very happy with our purchases. Also helpful that we have been able to organise glass hire as part of the service

I cannot speak highly of Kyle Wilson. I have an event taking place next year and was looking to place a large order . He went over and beyond is line of duty and resolved the order I was looking for. Kyle is a real credit to Majestic.
I think Majestic should contact Vodophone fibre company and teach/show them what excellent customer service actually looks like. (now that a separate review)
