Julia and Will are extremely knowledgeable and helpful in finding the correct wine for me. Julia even went out of her way and managed to track down a couple of bottles of a particular brand which she doesn't normally stock through one of her suppliers for a special occasion.

Highly recommended!

Wonderful response and sterling service after my original order was damaged by the courier and returned without direct communication. As this was a surprise birthday present to my partner this was very much appreciated - the wine made it in time! Will be certainly be back for more.

Firstly the good news.
Flagship did a good job locating and acquiring a wine not broadly available.
The bad news started with APC their courier.
I had a bad experience with them before when I purchased from Flagship. I was assured the issues had been addressed and resolved. Not so, it happened again but worse.
I agreed to a delivery on Friday, aligning with a get together on Saturday to share the wine.
It didn’t happen despite several follow ups.
It could not be delivered weekend cos APC office closed!!!!
Monday Flagship advised it would be finally delivered today AND they would advise a window. The window did not happen and I finally received the wine afternoon.
Summary:: The courier managed Flagship. Really.

I have to say that I'm more than a little angry with the way I was treated yesterday when I came to collect the bottle of Waxhouse 004 that I ordered and paid for at 3pm on Thursday afternoon. When I arrived yesterday afternoon to collect I was made to feel that this was my fault as I hadn't waited for a confirmation email that this was ready to collect. There was certainly no mention of this in the email confirming my order and with all due respect, if a bottle is showing as in stock and my payment is taken then it is certainly not unreasonable for me to expect to be able to turn up the following day to collect would you not agree? I was told that the last bottle you had had been "dropped off" to another customer at some point but you "hadn't got round to informing me". Quite frankly this is a disgrace and not the way to treat your customers. Either the order should not have been taken, or I should have been informed immediately that this was not available. As it stands I have taken away another bottle that I really didn't want. Can I suggest that you treat your customers with a little more value. I know the distributers of the Waxhouse offerings and as I understand it from them, you have not had this in stock for some time now which would lead me to believe that I was lied to yesterday. DISGRACEFUL!@!

Having seen Julia present recently at an award winning networking group. I decided to take her up on the offer to "out source" the Christmas gift sourcing for Peer2Peer. The Flagship wines team did an incredible job at a very reasonable price. Supplying 65 individually packaged bottles of great quality red wine for our clients. I can not recommend the Flagship team more highly.

We had a lovely experience embracing ‘Try January’ at Flagship Wines on Hatfield Road today. Julia Jenkins certainly knows her stuff. Highly recommended - check them out.

Thanks to Julia and the team for sorting out our client Christmas gifts again this year. It makes it so easy for us and the service is always excellent. I like the way I can leave Julia to choose the best wines and ensure that they are delivered on time. Highly recommended!

Excellent service. I was unsure of what exactly I needed - I wanted to send someone a thank you gift and didn't know where to start. Julia was extremely helpful from start to finish and the recipient of their gift was delighted. Service was quick, professional and reliable. Highly recommend.
