Majestic Wine

Great selection of wine (as you would expect) but the staff, although really friendly & helpful with carrying stuff to your car, did not seem that knowledgeable about wine.
I would also suggest a little bit more expensive than a big supermarket but maybe the wines are slightly better quality.
Directors/owners/bosses...up your staff knowledge and you'll fend off the competition.

The place is lovely, but the service lacks. I had made a "click and collect" order for a fast and easy way to get what i want, instead, when i arrived, nobody acknowledged my presence for 20 minutes. One of the sales people was on the phone and the other one was giving his full attention to another customer that was there before me. I am not saying that they should have dropped whatever they were doing but at least a "hey, i will be with you in a minute" would have been nice.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Great range of wines. Plenty of discounts on 6 bottles.

Great service, called ahead to enquire if a product was available, assistant said he would check and call me back to save my wait.
He did, and had good service when picking it up.

Usually go to Stourbridge branch but came here on the way to the garden centre. First class customer service from Melissa. It was actually a great experience spending money!!!!

Always a huge selection of wines and spirits at reasonable prices for a quality product. The staff are always extremely helpful and knowledgeable too.
