I found this fabulous company with a random Google search, and am so pleased I did. Excellent range of products, at a good price. Swift dispatch and delivery. Even managed to order on 21 December, and still received in time for Christmas. Customer service is very responsive (thanks George). And the added bonus of a small discount for repeat business! Brilliant product at a great price. Unfortunately, apart from an acknowledgment of my order, a welcome to the mailing list and an offer of 10% off my next order, there was no communication about my order until it was actually delivered.
UPDATE: ***Since I left my 3* review, I have been contacted directly by a staff member to apologise and explain the circumstances leading to my experience; all in under 24 hours.
I feel that my concerns have been promptly and adequately addressed, which shows that these guys really do care.
I have therefore revised my rating. Keep up the good work.
