They weren't just professional and efficient, but were also really friendly, personable and valued us as their customer. Something that is certainly lacking in some trades-people I have met over the last year or 2!

This is a belated but much deserved review of Greenstove Solutions who did a lovely job of refurbishing our woodstove and installing a new flue liner. They were completely professional and the results were excellent. We hope to use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.

Professional service from start to finish. Good knowledge of wood burners which was a great help when it came to deciding which wood burner to choose. Installation was painless and Tom and Lawrence left the room spotless every day. I would thoroughly recommend them.

Unfortunately our experience of Greenstove was pretty poor from start to finish; you have to be the most patient and persistent of customers...
After promptly paying our deposit in the July '21, we found ourselves chasing any news of our stove through September and October...hearing no response. When I finally got through to the owner, he was quite rude in telling me I should have called the office (?) which I had. Long story short, we didn't end up having the stove installed until the following Feb due to a fault with the stove. By which time they had had our hefty deposit for nearly 8 months. During fitting, the tiling was not centralised and had to be removed and refitted, and our custom hearth was miss-measured...we had asked it to cover the existing hearth - which it doesn't - so we are left with a very strange 'look'.

A week after completion (or to their mind) of the stove fitted, we started to receive sarcastic texts chasing for the payment. When I explained I wasn't happy about the cost of the tiling on the invoice (not pre agreed) - £800 to get the surround tiles laid onto the surround panels (and on top of the fitting costs), I was told the price was the price and I started to receive threats about re-entering my home to remove the stove.
The grouting of the tiles was never completed. All in all, a pretty miserable experience.
