Had a coal fire converted to a wood burner. Very neat, professional and made a fantastic job. At no point try to upsell to something we don't need. All questions were answered and all at fair price. Thank you

Called in to your branch to see if you had in stock an ash pan handle for our wood burner.
We were greeted by Nigel who tried to find one that matched.Unfortunately we were unable to find one. I had the ash pan with me and Nigel made a handle from a piece of metal he found in the workshop. Excellent customer service. Thank you!

What a very poor company this is. Told by staff that if we paid for the wood burner that day work would be done by the end of November. Once paid a couple of weeks later the dates given for the work were at the end of January.
Insulting offer of compensation for our inconvenience so have gone for a refund.
Avoid this company they are disorganised and they lie to you in order to get your money. Disgraceful service and business practices.
