Andy and his team were great! We'd been told by other companies that it wouldn't be possible to put a stove in the fireplace that we wanted, but Andy came to do a site visit and gave us very clear and helpful advice, confirming that it was possible and helping us pick the right stove for us. When time for the installation came, the work was quick and clean, the stove looks great, and we got more really helpful advice and friendly service. All in all, we would definitely recommend them to anyone!

Andy and the team took care of all aspects of the installation. We thought it would take longer than quoted, we were wrong. Every step of the process was flawless, from the initial home visit, to installation less than 3 months later (Dec22). Options and the work were clearly explained to us, and we really appreciated the advice re choosing the right Stove for the room.
