Purchased a training ball and was overcharged double the price. Queried the price and was told this was bulk price. Checked on website and this was not the case. Returned to the shop to request a refund. No apology for their mistake and told to purchase from the website in future. I did recieve the refund but what a hassle. Won't be using this shop again.

I would like to add to your response recently, the website does not state anywhere that the price for these training balls are the Bulk Price, so how are you supposed to know that!! I did question the price at the time. Also this doesn't excuse the poor customer service, "use the web next time" and no apology!!

Got some embroided fleece for our work team, Steve and his gang done a super job, well worth the money and super quick, we will definitely be getting our uniform there and I would recommend to anyone else

Top service with kitting out Petersfield Town juniors football kit and training tops. We were offered samples for us to gauge sizes, embroidery and printing is very high quality and let us swap a few pairs of socks free of charge when we ordered the wrong size.
