If I could give 10 stars I would rather than just 5. I called safety solutions on Wed 27/9/17 regarding a particular safety boot for my daughter as no one ( including the manufacturer) had her size in stock. Susan ( the lady I was speaking to) said “ hold on while I go and check the stock in the stock room”, this is my kind of excellent customer service, not by relying on figures on a computer screen, but actually visually checking the physical stock, the good old fashioned way. I couldn’t believe it when she came back to me and said they had them in stock so I paid for them and received them yesterday morning. I was incredibly impressed on the excellent level of customer service and would love to see Susan rewarded in some way for this. I hope your company does something like employee of the month because Susan certainly deserves it. Thank you again and my daughter loves the boots and they fit perfectly.

A great range of products and fabulous, expert service and advice make this a go-to destination for all my signage needs and safety wear needs. Plus they created some awesome corporate polo shirts for my company!

I've been there first time, but difinitely will come back if I will need something more from PPE. And will recomend to anyone that I know.
I was looking for a specific type of safety shoes, and Lady which was helping me (I forgot to ask about name) went to a storage room to try to find something what I could like. She came back with 3 different pairs, but every single one was what I described. First that she gave me was the most comfortable and EXACTLY what I was looking for. And she even said that "these should be nice for me", because she really listened what I was telling about shoes that I need. And I got a big discount - almost 40%, because this model is discontinued. I didn't even ask about lower price.
That was the most amazing customer service that I ever had in any store (not only with PPE). Seriously best ever.
And 5 stars is way too low, but can't give more, so need to stay like that.
