Little Blossom Yoga

I attended both the Hatha sessions for women and the mother and toddler class. The former was incredibly helpful for dealing with stress caused by my work and the latter was a great (and fun!) bonding experience for me and my daughter. Natalie not only really knows her stuff, she is very good at connecting with people and understanding what they may need from the class. She’s also a natural with the kids! Highly recommended !

Natalie the wonderful Yoga teacher of Little Blossom Yoga, is such a kind, compassionate and approachable teacher. Her classes feel like she's spent time planning it, with attention to detail relating to postures, breath and relaxation. I would most definetly recommend her classes. If I lived closer I'd go every week. thanks Kat
