I can thoroughly recommend yoga classes with Belinda. She is a very experienced and knowledgeable teacher, who makes everyone feel welcome. The classes are very inclusive and open to people of all abilities. Belinda allows you to work within your limits, so the classes are as challenging, or as easy, as you want them to be. Since the outbreak of covid she has adapted her sessions to allow students to participate online, as well as in class, which gives you greater flexibility to attend. At the end of the yoga there is a 15 minute relaxation practice, which I always find very rejuvenating.

Belinda is absolutely wonderful, she makes you feel so welcome and at ease in her classes.
Her pregnancy yoga classes are a great way to meet other expecting Mums and share experiences. Belinda has lots of great exercises/tips/tricks for getting through pregnancy and the time just flies. I always leave feeling very relaxed after some much needed self care.

I have loved my prenatal yoga classes with Belinda. She has provided so much advice for not getting aches/pains in pregnancy, as well as helping us to stay mentally calm and relaxed. Every class is adjusted according to the physical concerns that we might be having. It’s also been great to connect with other mums (to be) along the way. Thank you Belinda!

It’s Doreen brown here. I have been attending Belinda’s classes online since lockdown and still thoroughly enjoy the classes. Belinda is warm, friendly, very knowledgeable and makes her classes a joy to attend. She is very encouraging and makes all poses accessible whatever your ability. The class has varied ages and abilities. We have a lot of fun, and also learn a lot. Although I have had a serious leg injury I’m hoping to rejoin the classes very soon.

I have attended Belinda's pregnancy yoga classes for about two months (since I have been 25 weeks pregnant) . To me her classes have three very nuanced, distinctive and amazing features; the first one is that her classes provided a safe space for us to speak about not only our pregnancy related problems, but also to reflect on our feelings. Belinda listens very carefully to you, suggests relevant exercises and also look after you whilst you are doing them in class. And thirdly, her classes offer a feeling of community to pregnant women which can be hardly found anywhere else. I highly recommend her pregnancy yoga classes to all pregnant women.

I attended Belinda’s pregnancy yoga from week 12 of my pregnancy journey and thoroughly enjoyed her weekly sessions. I found them to be relaxing, informative and invaluable for when the time came to give birth - particularly in terms of breathing, movement and posture.

When I had my daughter i was fortunate that she was running mum and baby sessions at my local village hall so was delighted to pursue with her super chilled approach. I love meeting other mums and learning more about the incredible female body at her sessions. They’ve also been fantastic for my baby girl to see other babies and experience different holds and massages.

I have been going to Belinda’s pregnancy yoga and also mother and baby yoga once my baby was born. Belinda is so welcoming and experienced, I have thoroughly enjoyed both classes not only for the relaxation and hints and tips but also for meeting other mums-to-be, creating a community of support. I look forward to continuing in the new year!

I have been attending yoga classes with Belinda during my pregnancy and cam honestly say these classes have been so so helpful in helping me navigate the aches and pains and mental hurdles as I get bigger and more pregnant! I sleep the best after these evening classes and my body just feels so much better. It is also nice to take the time out for myself and I love the meditation at the end of each class. She is teaching lots of techniques that I can do easily at home and I hope will prove helpful in labour too. Thanks Belinda!
