I have been taking regular yoga sessions with Ros for some time now, I have studied yoga with various teachers and I find Ros’s classes to be informational, inclusive to all levels and enjoyable. I now also attend her Pilates classes and I believe that practicing both disciplines has made me feel stronger, more flexible and healthier in general.
Ros has a wealth of knowledge about physiology, somatic movement and breathing techniques and is able to adapt her teachings to all abilities from beginners to advanced. She’s passionate about each students experience of how movement feels in their bodies, recognising that we are all different and therefore unique - this allows students to have their own journey to wellbeing at their own pace.

No matter the size of the classes, Ros will always ensure each of her pupils receive care and attention whilst in session. Even if you're a complete beginner or a seasoned yogi, you will not feel out of place with Ros.

I’ve been doing Pilates with YogaRos’s for nearly a year now and can’t recommend it enough. I had spent a lot of money on osteopaths and physio trying to improve my lower back after an injury and never saw the improvement that I have with doing pilates with Ros instead. Ros is a great instructor and takes everyone’s abilities and injuries into account in every session.

I have been practising yoga & pilates with Ros for a number of years now. She is excellent and her classes are fun enjoyable. She is a very positive, passionate person who has a great deal of knowledge on physiology and movement along with breathing techniques. I attended a yoga retreat with her and that was one of the best retreats. Unlike other teachers who stand at the front of the class and exercise themselves, Ros will show you the movement and then give each of her student’s personal attention whether they are a beginner or advanced. She is always ready to listen and takes everyone’s abilities and injuries into account on how they should move.
I highly recommend her; I have benefitted enormously as she has helped to strengthen my body and made me so much flexible and healthier. She has become a good friend and I look forward to seeing her whether on zoom or personal classes.
