I am training to become a pregnancy yoga teacher and attended one of Chloe's class to observe her teaching in a professional setting.

I think Chloe is a great teacher and has built up a warm and welcoming yoga community. She clearly has the skills to relax and put at ease all of the students right from the beginning.

Her class had a great flow and pace, incorporating deep breathing techniques for stress and anxiety, which are so important in pregnancy. Chloe also introduced some meditation that can be used to help encourage positive and smooth labour.

I would highly recommend Chloe's class for any stage of pregnancy. Chloe is an incredibly friendly woman who cares for her students and has also been a great support to me.

Chloe's pregnancy yoga classes are carefully planned with good variation. I always enjoyed the classes and learnt techniques to help me relax, focus and keep calm during my Labour. I managed a drug-free natural birth. Chloe is lovely too!

Chloe is a warm, welcoming teacher who has taught me relaxation and breathing techniques which will hopefully help me throughout my labour. Her classes are always a pleasure to attend, I always leave feeling relaxed and have the best nights sleep! I would highlly recommend Chloes' classes to any pregnant ladies as this will make you feel great. x

I started yoga to help me gain strength after an operation, it has been the most positive experience. Chloe is always supportive and helps us to challenge ourselves, she is very knowledgeable on all aspects and very careful to make sure no one does anything that might not be good for them. She is caring and friendly and the whole group has built up a good social atmosphere. The yoga is different each week which keeps it interesting and she ensures we all feel calm and definately well worked at the end of a session. The day that ends with this yoga seasion is the day i sleep the best.

Chloe is an experienced and professional teacher. The atmosphere in her classes is warm and welcoming. The sessions are always well prepared and the routines are varied, with differing levels of challenge. Overall an excellent experience!

I have been attending yoga classes with Chloe for around two years now and have enjoyed every one. Chloe is a very positive and encouraging teacher who makes everyone feel welcome and valued. She is kind and considerate, always looking to adapt moves and positions to suit every individual’s needs. Chloe’s classes are well structured and include opportunities to develop not only strength and flexibility but also skills around managing the breadth. Chloe now has a Kundalini class running alongside her other class and having attended both I enjoy how the two compliment each other. Kundalini’s focus on the seven chakras and its use of mantras and breathing techniques has been fascinating, and has given my developing practice another dimension. I would recommend Chloe’s classes to anyone either interested in beginning yoga or those looking to further develop their practice. You won’t be disappointed.
