The kindness club

Both my daughters adore Dai. Dai brings a wonderful mix of love, calm and fun to my children.

Following a bereavement my eldest daughter met with Dai for some 1:1 sessions. The peace and tranquility Dai brought to my daughter each week was magical, her worries were lifted. The connection my eldest daughter has with Dai is beautiful. Dai gave my daughter time to think, create and relax in a supportive and loving environment.

During school holidays my daughters spend time with Dai. When I pick them up they both want to tell me so much about their day..they are happy, energised and want to go back!

They both go to Dai’s after school club which they love! They use their imagination and go on wonderful adventures whilst practising yoga.

Dai is such a fabulous yoga teacher, and amazing woman in general. Both my children have benefited hugely from her kindness and experience. She runs fun and imaginative classes where everyone (including parents) learns how to use their bodies and minds in harmony with each other. The classes enable us to escape the pressures of everyday life and embark on an adventure with plenty of yoga exercise, mindfulness and laughter along the way. My children are always excited to find out where they will go on a "Dai adventure", whether it's the beach, the forest or even outer space! Then, later when we're at home, they recreate the yoga poses to retell their adventure. I thoroughly recommend!

The Kindness Club is a beautiful group led by the wonderful Dai. She creates a really fun and engaging atmosphere for all of the children lucky enough to practice yoga with her. My daughter and nieces adore her and are always so happy to spend time at the club xxx
