I have attended lessons at Body Soul Yoga, with Faye, for a couple of years now. Each lesson is well planned and Faye will adjust the pose to suit your ability. I am currently enjoying Body Soul Yoga's 30 Day Challenge. Each day is different and offers varying challenges and I can definitely my muscles have had a good workout. Looking forward to when we can attend classes in person again.

I can’t recommend Body Soul Yoga highly enough. I have been going to Faye’s classes for over five years now, both face to face classes and online, and still enjoy them as much now as I did when I started. The online classes have been a lifesaver during lockdown and am currently loving the new year 30 Day Yoga Challenge that Faye is running. Feeling the benefits already. Thanks so much Faye.

I have taken classes mainly with Laurence over nearly the past three years, but also with Faye too. Both are fabulous tutors and lovely people, and I have always really enjoyed my weekly yoga session with Body Soul Yoga. Very happy to recommend them to anyone with an interest in yoga.

I was previously attending Faye's yoga classes at her house and I LOVED them. I have now just started doing the 30 days of yoga series. It is fantastic, especially since we're all stuck at home. I feel more positive mentally and stronger physically. Thank you!

Faye takes a very professional yet friendly approach to her teaching, and gives calm, clear instructions with her videos which make them a joy to follow. I am currently signed up for the 30 day yoga challenge which I am thoroughly enjoying - 30 minutes a day of mindful yoga is just perfect!!

Faye is a wonderful teacher who is gentle yet also manages to challenge you a bit as well! Her classes are varied which I love, and she has innovated brilliantly during lockdowns to keep supporting her community with varied and fun 30 min daily online classes. Highly recommend!

I went to see Faye, recommended through a trusted friend. I’d never done any yoga before and tbh was quite sceptical about the benefits of yoga. I was nervous but Faye is incredibly welcoming and quickly puts you at ease.

I was very weak after having been diagnosed with ME and Fibromyalgia and still trying to understand my abilities and limitations after being bedbound for a number of months. Faye was encouraging but also reminded us to be kind to yourself - which sticks with me even now.

Faye is one in a million and a fabulous yoga teacher, she puts a lot of thought into her classes, always switching them up and keeping them interesting and challenging for all abilities.

I would recommend Faye to anyone looking to join a yoga class that is relaxed, fun, strengthening and pushes you to develop in your yoga practice.
Through Faye’s yoga classes I regained my strength and also made lovely friends along the way.

I have absolutely loved doing Faye's online classes. As a yoga beginner, I signed up in January and have been hooked ever since. It has really helped with lockdown and working from home and has become part of my daily routine. The classes are well taught and I love the variety. I will definitely be signing up for Yoga in June.
