Anna's classes are wonderful, she creates wonderful flows that nourish the body, heart and soul. She is creative in her imagery and brings great enthusiasm and a gentle presence of warm heartedness to her classes. Its been great being able to join online too.

I first met Anz during a Mysore Ashtanga class where she immediately made me feel welcomed. She lives and breathes yoga and her amazing energy, positivity and creativity as a person comes through in every class she teaches. Whether it is a fast paced, powerful practice or a yin and nidra session, I always feel incredibly supported and amazingly relaxed at the end of the class. She is an inspiring yoga teacher who has personally helped me so much in my own yoga journey. One of my favourite teachers and a beautiful soul.

I’ve not had the joy of being able to attend a class face to face yet, but Anna teaches at a studio that’s like a second home to me normally. Since lockdown I’ve been able to explore different online classes and experience new teachers, I had wanted to attend a class by Anna for a while and I’ve not been disappointed! I practise the Spring Vinyasa once a week as a break from Rocket Yoga and each class I’ve attended virtually has been amazing. A very gentle but extremely knowledgable teacher, knows a lot on our breath work, anatomy, prana, and how to cue postures online which isn’t easy! Each class has been an absolute joy for me, I’ve left feeling that I was able to take exactly what I needed even to the extent I’ve used some of the flows in my own personal practise. I highly recommend to all levels, you will love this if you love vinyasa and breath work. If you don’t know yet whether you do - try a class! And I hope you love as much as me. Namaste x

I did Anz daily breathe practice, it was so grounding and beneficial to use just 5 mins of your day for something that felt so nourishing and had positive impacts for the rest of the day 🙏 thank you

Anna holds space beautifully and from the moment I walked in to the treatment room I felt safe and relaxed. Her style of massage is fluid and dynamic and leaves you feeling stretched and nourished. Anna has a wealth of experience and it really shows in her skill. Well worth the investment as a wonderful treatment of self care.
