Glenn is a wonderful teacher and human being. He is always mindful of the different physical challenges individuals face and offers alternatives sensitively. I recommend his classes highly - great for the body and the mind !

Superb yoga class for all abilities. I couldnt wish for a better yoga teacher than Glenn. So well worth a 30 min drive from Farnham every week for his 1hr 30 mins class which is fantastic value for money.

Happy to recommended. Suitable for all levels as the instructor always offers alternatives for different abilities. Friendly and informal, I have been attending these classes for probably 10 years now. I feel I have maintained flexibility over that time, even now I'm in my 60s!

The 90 minutes I spend with Glen each week is such a gift.
He is a great teacher and the class is beautifully constructed and paced to suit everybody.
