Have been receiving Rachel’s recordings of her monthly Nidra and Nada nights for many months now, so handy as I was travelling for work and could log on and take the class no matter where I was. It’s difficult to find guided meditation classes and sound was a new experience for me, but right away the combination of chimes, bowls and speech hit me and really helped my meditation progress. I moved on to a sound healing in person session this week and it was quite simply wonderful - how some sounds resonate so heavily, whilst others are very gentle. I highly recommend for anyone just wanting some meditation and quiet focus for their busy mind.

It is quite a remarkable thing, that every time I come to the end of one of Rachel's classes, I have a sense that it was exactly what I needed. Rain or shine, fast or slow, she has a knack of delivering a class that just hits the right note every time. Friendly, welcoming, generous, intuitive, knowledgeable, with huge integrity and a wonderfully earthy sense of humour too! Rachel's classes and workshops are just brilliant. Come along, you don't know what you're missing.

I went to a Soundbath with Rachel at Calm in the City . In a beautiful venue, Rachel guided us gently and skilfully through a sound experience, it was deeply relaxing and moving.

After an extremely stressful period at work and home I wasn’t feeling myself, mentally, emotionally or physically. I asked Rachel to help and after carefully listening to my situation she gave me a tailored 1 to 1 with targeted practices aimed at releasing and restoring. This was just what I needed, breath work, yoga, sound therapy and yoga nidra, all expertly delivered. Rachel cares deeply about her clients and their needs, without this session I may have lost the plot entirely! A worthwhile investment and much recommended.
