Miranda Yoga

I moved from pilates to yoga and Miranda’s class achieves the perfect balance of flexibility and strength. It keeps my stiffness at bay and my body knows if I miss a class. Miranda varies the class every week which avoids boredom. She does other classes in other parts of the county should you want to go in the evening or twice a week!
