Wonderful yoga classes with relaxed and supportive teacher. Highly recommended!

I started yoga with Kat a few weeks and I absolutely love it. I have never been confident about doing classes in the past but the atmosphere here is warm, open, nonjudgemental and so relaxing. I attend yin yoga class which suits me.
I have also just started the toddlers yoga with my 3yr old granddaughter and it was brilliant. We both loved it especially the stories, poses and yogi says game.
Kat really knows her stuff and is informative &professional yet warm and nonjudgemental.

Absolutely loved doing pregnancy yogi with Kat, very welcoming, understanding and full of knowledge. I have been suffering with a sore pelvis and the techniques she’s shown me have helped so much. I definitely can’t wait wait to go back.
