Yoga with Anita is a fantastic way to learn yoga for beginners or continue your practice for more advanced people. Anita is a great teacher and you will really enjoy your classes with her. She takes the time to get to know you and your individual needs. Each and every class is well structured and the weekly classes are nicely varied covering both old and new ground. This way you are never bored. Anita has a lovely teaching manner and allows you to progress at your own pace. I personally find the weekly classes a great way to unwind from my busy life in a nice peaceful environment. You will come out the other side feeling regenerated and refreshed. An hour of my time well spent!
