Sol Yoga - Hatha Flow Yoga with Silvia

Silvia is my partner but I am writing this review as a newby in Yoga. She is the qualified Yoga teacher, I am the beginner in this context.

I have found that Silvia's way of teaching Yoga is very relaxing and gentle, most of the other participants as well as myself have found it easy to begin Yoga with - and to be gently stimulated to want to "stretch our bounderies" without any accidental damage to muscles or joints!

There is no need to over-exert oneself, and all ages and body shapes/condition are fine to join in and learn Yoga, the Intuitive Flow way!
