I'd heard a lot about the benefits of yoga but wasn't sure where to start, I'd tried a few DVDs but couldn't get the hang of it. I found yoga with Karen online and went to a Wednesday class as it was only down the road in Leamington. Karen was very welcoming & down-to-earth and the other people in the class were friendly too-all different sizes, abilities and ages. Karen lead a challenging class with the option and knowledge to show you how to go a little bit further if you wanted, which I liked. Was a good work-out but I felt relaxed by the end of it. Defiantly get your monies worth! There were a few spare yoga mats but I'd take it if you have one.

Down to earth teacher and a friendly class. You do as little or as much as you want. I feel like totally chilled after the 15 mins relaxation at the end. Plus the next day, I feel that I've done a proper workout. Mind, body and spirit!
