I started attending Naomi’s pregnancy yoga classes last year. I always looked forward to the class each week, knowing I’d come away having had time for me. The movements were all tailored depending on everyone’s fitness levels and Naomi made sure she listened to everyone and offered modifications where necessary. I loved the class so much, I have been attending the mum and baby yoga classes for the last few months. It’s not only a great class with the loveliest teacher, I’ve also made several friends who I see often through these classes. I can’t recommend Naomi’s classes enough - she’s amazing at what she does!

I attended both pregnancy and baby yoga with Naomi. I found pregnancy yoga very relaxing and helpful. It was lovely that Naomi always took time to speak to everyone and focus on any specific aches and pains which come with pregnancy. Baby yoga was just as good and my little boy loved the songs and movements which we did in the class. It was surprising how much yoga the mums managed to do too and sometimes the babies would sleep so that we got a whole session to get some well deserved yoga in. Naomi is very skilled and was always there with advice and help when it was needed.

Naomi’s pregnancy yoga classes are just lovely - highly recommend. So calming and relaxing. I loved having the opportunity every week to come to the Mat and feel surrounded by positivity and light. It was a really positive experience in my pregnancy journey. Thank you Naomi.

I went to Naomi's Pregnancy Yoga classes and LOVED my time spent there! Naomi is welcoming, knowledgable and creates such a secure friendly environment in her classes - felt at ease as soon as walking through the door. I particularly loved how she explains adaptations of moves depending on what stage of pregnancy you are in and noted particular moves which could be good to release certain tensions with an ever growing belly. I was anxious about starting Yoga into my third trimester, feeling like I might of ‘missed out’, but it was at that it became most valuable to ease the aches of pregnancy and most importantly connect with myself and baby. I can’t recommend her classes enough.

I really enjoyed attending Naomi's Women's Circle yoga classes before lockdown. Naomi makes you feel very welcome and is an excellent teacher. I'm looking forward to getting back to her classes now they're back in the studio again.

A really lovely and relaxing series of pregnancy yoga classes which worked well over Zoom. Naomi really helps you connect with baby and take time to destress, as well as work out some of those common pregnancy aches and pains. Would highly recommend!

I really loved coming to this class with my baby. Its such a crazy time having a new baby but Naomi's class was a moment of calm in my day. Naomi is a great teacher 💖

Lovely, relaxing, friendly pregnancy yoga classes. Naomi really puts you at ease and her knowledge is second to none.
