Absolutely loved my yoga classes with Margarita. I started prenatal class in my 3rd trimester, it helped with my lower back pain, my breathing and posture. I also took 2 terms of mum & baby yoga and we both loved it. Very good stretches for mum and baby, baby reflexology, massage, the variety was great and Margarita always switched things up to keep babies entertained. She has such a positive, fun attitude that is to be admired. Would highly recommend to all mums-to-be, mums and babies!

Margarita was very welcoming and made the classes fun with songs and toys. You can sit out activities if you need to feed/change your baby. I found the activities great to take away and try at home. I did two sets of 6 sessions and by the end felt I’d done enough but enjoyed the 12 sessions I did attend. Not suitable for babies who have started crawling so get in there when they’re about 8-12 weeks until crawling. Parking was always available when i went. Would recommend.

I've done two sets of baby yoga classes and they are brilliant! The class is fun and well structured focusing on both mum and baby. Margarita is incredibly personable and makes you feel at ease whatever your yoga level and whether your baby cries, needs feeding etc. It's a great, positive class for bonding with your baby and meeting other mums at the same stage. Would highly recommend.

Margarita is an amazing teacher, very knowledgable, kind and caring! She is always flexible in helping you make classes whether that’s in person or online as life is always busy! Her classes are well structured and very relaxing! You feel like you’re walking on a cloud when you leave! I would highly recommended to anyone who is pregnant to start as soon as you can! I definitely wished I had started earlier in my pregnancy! Thank you Margarita and look forward to seeing you soon! X

I attended Margarita’s Pre-Natal yoga classes during my second trimester and absolutely loved the sessions. After my daughter was born we joined he special Mum and Baby yoga classes until she started crawling at 8 months. It was a lovely class to be a part of and it was really nice meeting and speaking to other new mums. Margarita is a fantastic teacher and I will always recommend her classes!!

I have been taking yoga lessons with Margarita for over a year now, twice a week. I have always found the classes to be incredibly uplifting, motivating and most importantly effective. I love that I can join the classes from the comfort of my home (online) or have the option to attend in person. The classes provide gentle movement sequences, breath work, supported silent meditation, and guided relaxation which are great for feeling and looking your best, specially if you are seating behind a screen all day. Margarita is a very warm, positive and firm instructor. I always end up feeling invigorated and relaxed after the sessions and it has made a positive change in my weekly work-out routine.

I have attended 4 terms of Margarita's Mum and Baby Yoga course and it is absolutely fantastic - it is our favourite class!

Margarita is so warm and welcoming which instantly puts you at ease. She has wonderful energy, is always upbeat and this in turns creates a really friendly and lovely environment. The class is a nice mix of yoga for Mums and for the babies, which i really like and my little one loves it! I would highly recommend!

We started postnatal yoga at 5 weeks old and have completed 3 blocks of classes! It has been an amazing class for us both. The yoga for mum and baby is lovely but more importantly it is such a relaxed, calm atmosphere. As a first time mum there was no stress around feeding / changing / comforting baby during class as Margarita makes you feel at ease about this straight away. I would highly recommend this class!!
