It was time for something new! As a 59 year old man I have been going to Claire's yoga classes for 1 year now and I am definitely feeling the benefits. Core strength, flexibility, and relaxation are to be gained, all physically and mentally rewarding. Claire is welcoming, enthusiastic and encouraging catering for all abilities in her classes. So no pressure, make it what you want it to be for you. Go for it ...... feel better.

Claire has very successfully engaged a complete Yoga novice!

With Claire's tuition, over the last three months I have gained in all the areas I wanted to - flexibility (I can now touch my toes!), fitness and time to focus on just me.

I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Claire - she is personable, engaging, approachable and warm. She's made taking that first tentative step in to Yoga a lot easier than anticipated. :-)

On a practical note, being able to access classes later in the evening and more remote countryside locations is a bonus.

I have been attending the class for a number of weeks now and can really feel the benefit. It is definitely helping with my general aches and pains and improving my flexibility. Claire gives excellent instruction for different abilities in a friendly and relaxed class. I particularly enjoy the relaxation at the end and leave feeling wonderfully calm. I would highly recommend Claire's classes.

I have been attending the Yoga7 St Swithuns Class now for a few weeks and absolutely love it. Claire is a fantastic instructor, she is so passionate and knowledgeable. She guides you through the class, allowing you to work at your own pace and offering advice so you never feel out of your depth. The breathing techniques at the beginning and guided relaxation at the end help you to really switch off and concentrate on getting the most our of your session. I would certainly recommend this class to anyone wanting to try Yoga!

Since I retired, I have been attending weekly Yoga 7 sessions with Claire for just over a year and I have felt the benefits in several ways. I used to suffer severe back ache at times, but this no longer happens. Also I was noticing some hip discomfort at times, but this has reduced significantly. Claire is an excellent teacher, who gives personal attention to your needs and capabilities. I feel better and fitter in mind and body after my yoga sessions, and would recommend anybody to take up yoga with Yoga 7.

I absolutely love my Yoga7 class on Monday evenings with Claire. The class is run at a spacious, well lit venue and in the evening - which is great for full-time workers and Claire is brilliant. She takes time to explain everything properly and fully and she takes time to get to know everyone. One of the best things of all is that I sleep like a baby on Monday night and wake up refreshed in the morning. Well worth joining!

Claire is a great instructor, she offers clarity and understanding of how to carry out poses, stretch & breathe effectively to people from differing levels of ability. Particularly, our University Rugby team enjoyed a stretch & relax session that focused on unwinding and uniting the mind and body through breath work. Would highly recommend!!

I have been attending Claire's Yoga 7 Sessions now for more than four years. I believe that she offers a more integrated & methodical approach to the subject than most other practitioners in the way in which she structures each session. She pracitises three disinct techniques, each of which targets a different area of the body, viz - Breathing, Active Postures & Controlled Relaxation.

I have found that "Breathing" helps to calm the mind & reduce any anxieties brought about by living in today's world. I would honestly say that this technique was instrumental in helping maintain my Mental Health during the recent pandemic - when classes were organised remotely.

"Active Postures" is probably the technique that comes to mind when people consider Yoga & it is a major activity which attemps to maintain suppleness wthin the body. Claire does have a full grasp of all of the postures involved & she is able to demonstrate them more than adequately, whilst making sure that students are performing them correctly & not struggling outside their capabilities.Due to her knowledge of her subject she is able to vary sessions to seamlessly introduce different postures to maintain the freshness & motivation of students.

"Controlled Relaxation" is the final segment & basically involves "closing down" areas of the body using the power of "Auto Suggestion" to "chill out". This allows the results of the session to flow into the physical form.

I firmly believe in the practise of Yoga & have great respect for Claire & her strong beliefs, which also extend into Holistic Medical Practices - which I have also satsfactorily sampled & am no longer sceptical about.

As a long time student,I can thoroughly recommend Yoga 7, which has consistently been ranked highly for Yoga practises in Worcester since 2014 & continues to attract new members.
