Sandgate Yoga Lodge offers a whole package of wellness on a single place, comfty accomodation, delicious healthy food and magnificent yoga classes with ocational workshops as an extra. Kate's yoga studio is a nice place with a chilled and relaxing enviroment where one can practice safely and take a closer view into oneself through the awareness of breath and movement. Highly recommended!

Visited on Sat 27th Nov. A cold and wet morning. I needed a hearty breakfast, but, to my horror, and my sister's delight it was veggie! Wonderful service, brilliant coffee and a breakfast made from local organic suppliers set me up for the day! I would recommend this cafe to all veggie and meat eaters. Next time I'm down here, I will revisit. And it was cheap too!! Top quality, top service.

Thank goodness we have found this amazing little Vegetarian/ Vegan cafe in Sandgate. The food is very tasty, good portions, home cooked reasonably priced and of good quality. Friendly and polite service from Kate the owner and Geoff or Jeff the vegan chef.
