My favourite London yoga studio. There's a really good range of styles, and the teachers are hands down the best I've met - very supportive for beginners and always encouraging and supporting more experienced practitioners into more advanced postures. My yoga practice has improved massively since coming here and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Plus the studio space is beautiful, and let's not forget the lovely staff!

Lovely yoga studio, well equipped and with natural light in both studios (enough of the basements lol). I have tried most classes and never been disappointed with any teacher - they are all absolutely amazing under every point of view. I haven't had the chance to test the treatments there but know people who have and they said they're also top.

This is my favorite go-to yoga studio when I visit London. They have such a huge variety of AWESOME yoga classes that are a beautiful blend of modern and traditional. The teachers I have had the pleasure of taking class with were super knowledgeable, attentive, hands-on and kind humans. I also love the people at the front desk. The gentleman I had the blessing of interacting with (I didn’t catch his name) just made checking in delightful , and as someone from another country who comes here when I visit- I always feel right at home. These are some of the best teachers in the world! I specially love Stew and Leon.

Amanda is the best. I am often hesitant to accept advice from instructors I'm seeing for the first time, but she knew right away how to help me, and even came to give corrections several times (not giving up on me 😉) She even stayed well over time after class to show how to properly move and do postures, which nobody has taught me before!
Very helpful class and I hope to come again in the future and definitely recommend her / this studio to my friends !!
Some very talented people in the class, too. Very motivating!

Lovely Yoga studio that offers online and in person classes - I took Camille’s Yoga class and it was both activating and relaxing in the end. I also appreciated her giving lots of options and inclusive language.

Be wary!!!!

Amazing classes and great instructors but the reception staff are unwelcoming and
the £30 for 30 days new members offer is misleading. They fail to mention that there is a £30 cancellation fee (it is written in small print in the terms and conditions) so the trial offer is more like £60 for the month if you are planning to cancel after.

A very reliable yoga institution!
The standout teachers: Stewart Gilchrist and Emi Tull.
Personal favorite: Amanda Denton!

Other teachers are consistently good, so much so that it actually takes time and effort to stumble upon a mediocre class here.

Importantly, this is one of the least snobbish yoga studios in London!
