Lauren has been great at providing a great variety of Zoom and Vimeo yoga classes since lockdown. Her online classes have been amazing - both in terms of her clarity of instruction and her demonstration. Even my husband has been joining in which is a testament to the standard of her classes! During this difficult time it has been lovely to be able to continue practising yoga and feel so supported. Thank you Lauren and please keep up the good work!
