Missing House of Yoga like crazy and can’t wait to come back soon! Such a great, warm and passionate team. The classes are amazing and teachers incredibly varied. I love the power flow classes with Juliet and Monika for a really good sweat and reenergise! I was relatively new to yoga when I started and have found the practice really rather life changing

I've been going to THoY since May and I love it.
The atmosphere is lovely, the people are kind and the teachers know what they're doing.

It's clean, smells nice and you can always ask questions if you have them.

I highly recommend it.

Great studio, great teachers, great classes. I'm a beginner, I tried Yin yoga, High Flow and Gentle Flow so far. I must say Gentle flow was best to start with as I had more time to understand the placements and positions and make the most of it.

Booked through class pass. Staff are friendly and offer corrections in moves. Clean facilities and stabilise for mats and blocks available.

After many years, way before pandemic, I returned to classroom exercise with Jason's the House of Yoga.

The experience has been "revealing" -- and I will explain.

I wanted inner core strength, more flexibility, balance, stretch, muscle toning, and all the great things of regular exercise!

I took the 21-day unlimited sessions, for £49 and turned out to be a great offer!

The sessions all of them include, yes, body strength, flexibility, burning calories, getting to your various yoga positions with breathing in sync, for maximum effectiveness and efficiency, and first couple days I was knackered, so sore, but that was muscle pain, made me proud and happy! Now I continue progress but the muscles are no longer that sore anymore... :)

The extra that yoga gives you though, is the exercise of your mind, to find inner peace, and patience, and generosity, and forgiveness... And the sessions introduced that to me, and is a benefit that I had totally not expected!

Have already signed up for the monthly unlimited, and will be looking forward to continue this wonderful new journey! ^_^

The THOY website, and the app, give you a schedule, and insight on what they are, what to expect etc - all online, you book and it's optional to add it to your calendar, cancellation is allowed up to 2h before, and you can get in minutes before. There is a no-show-fee that you need to be aware, and they also provide the same session online via zoom.

Thank you to all teachers, and to THOY!! Namaste! :)

What a wonderful studio
Beautiful space, lovely changing room and very qualified teachers. The room is not too hot like in typical hot studios. Big variety of classes too and the flexibility of joining online really helps. I tried their 21 day intro so had the chance to meet several amazing teachers. I just wish I lived little closer by!

Thank you for you light 💗

I have been practicing Yoga for just over 3 years, but Covid meant I had a 1 1/2 year period of only online practices. Back in October I decided it was time to change that and joined THoY. What a great decision! The instructors are first class, the facilities are very good and the atmosphere is fantastic. The time table is also very good, and there is a fair choice of classes. I recommend unreservedly.
