I started doing prenatal yoga with Triona and found it so helpful and recommended it to a few of my friends. I was working a stressful job with long hours and that hour each week gave me the headspace to connect with my growing baby and relax into being pregnant. Triona's calm guidance using aromatherapy, positive affirmations and hynobirthing made this class so useful as I used all three tehcnicques learned in the class during my difficult birth with my 4 week premature son, and managed to stay medication free. We still use aromatherapy today as part of his bedtime routine and it really helps to create a relaxing environment for him to drift off. I've signed up to post natal yoga and I'm really looking forward to connecting with my little one through yoga and massage. Thanks Triona!

The baby yoga classes are superb. Our son loves them and I feel fantastic after a class. Triona goes to so much effort to make the class welcoming and enjoyable. Thank you so much, Triona - I’ll always remember the classes as a real highlight of maternity leave.

Triona’s Mum and baby yoga class is wonderful. I’m not sure who enjoys it more as my little boy just beams throughout the entire class. I love that it’s a good amount of yoga for mum but also some really nice elements that the babies enjoy. Triona has also done a great job in building a sense of community with plenty of time to chat with the other Mums too.

I did this class with my 3 year old and we both loved every minute of it. Triona was amazing at making yoga so much fun for the children with different themes and adventures every week. My son has continued doing yoga at home by himself since attending the class and I love that he is developing a skill that is likely to be a great resource for him throughout his life. We can’t wait to do the next course.

Fun class for parents and babies. Triona is a fantastic teacher who encourages all yoga abilities and creates a relaxed, friendly atmosphere. The classes incorporate a mix of yoga, baby yoga, meditation and play. I’ll be booking another term.

A great class for Mums to be. I have been attending from week 17 of pregnancy and hope to continue until baby arrives. The class is so relaxing, I always feel so great after it. It's really helped me physically with pregnancy aches and pains but also mentally, really making me think more positively about the prospect of child birth especially with it being my first. Having the option of using aromatherapy oils in the class is a great bonus too as well as practicing some breathing techniques for birth. Triona is really experienced and such a lovely person, I would really recommend the classes to anyone during pregnancy.
