My Aerial Relaxation Pods - Sound Journey Gong Bath Meditation in Hammocks was AMAZING. The second time in there and left absolutely floating. This is a MUST do list material, because you not only get to swing in hammock for over an hour but techniques you’ll learn are very helpful to use in daily life crisis.
