I couldn't recommend BYC enough.
I have been going to the studio for the past 2 years and a half!

The staff is wonderful; professional and friendly at the same time.
The classes are great.
The teacher will not leave room for details in your posture, will correct if needed, making sure you get the max benefits of each pose and your hard work.
You will also hear and understand the benefits of each posture.

The location is great. Prices more than reasonable for what you get. Showers, drinks, towels on site. Classes all day, every day!

And if you haven't tried Bikram yoga before, now that you know where to go.... what are you waiting for! You won't look back. Guarantee!

I have tried ALL the Bikram studios in London and this is by far the very best! It has a wonderful, light, airy studio with floor to ceiling windows looking onto the trees. A specially curated collection of teachers who are super experienced, wise, funny and kind. Amazingly friendly and helpful reception team. Great selection of drinks, treats and yoga kit. I wish I could be there every day.

I purchased the special introductory offer which is great value and seems to be a good way to start getting into it. I will definitely continue to come.

Lovely atmosphere, all the teachers are very warm & welcoming. I love that this place has a good mix of people coming all at different levels, I really appreciate that as a beginner who found the idea of yoga classes intimidating. They do a few types of yoga at this studio + each teacher has their own slightly different style which stops things getting boring. So you can mix it up or stick with your favourite. After just a few weeks going to BYC has already helped my back pain and calms my mind. Highly recommend.

Visited a lot of Hot Yoga studios and this one is definitely one of the better from a heat, space, cleanliness, and instructor guidance. Thoroughly enjoyed and enjoying the sessions.

Zelia's pilates are tough and fun. Cool charismatic tutor,.also like that she demonstrates the exercises first and corrects people who get it wrong. 2 classes with her and 'm hooked :-)

BYC Hot Yoga Chiswick is a place I’ve returned to since 2014. The teachers, the scenic location, the smell of wholesomeness keep me coming back. I’m no full-time yogi, but a student trying my best to breathe in every posture. I’ve told my nearest and dearest about the power of BYC Hot Yoga and felt a calling to leave a review. Thank you to the always smiling staff, the second floor window which bathes the group in sunshine and the heat, for keeping my toes warm. A special mention to Andy who fills the room with joy every single class. I can’t wait to be back soon!

Yesterday was my first BYC class literally one floor away from my work, however I am very happy to have found a studio where I can consolidate my practice and feel comfortable. Kat is an amazing teacher with a very attentive and detailed approach to her students! Thank you and definitely see you soooon. 🙂 🔥🧘‍♀️♥️

I attended classes at BYC for over 2 years. I enjoyed it at the time, BYC studio is probably one of the nicest I've been to, spacious, bright, with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the park. As to teachers, they're professional, they have their style of teaching, some are better at teaching than others. I am disappointed, however, in the way the owner handled my request. I paid for a full year membership but due to Covid and the studio being closed for several months I was unable to practice Bikram in the studio. The option was to practice online, but I didn't think I could benefit as much from practising online as I would have had when coming to the studio, mainly due to lack of heat. When the studio reopened my circumstances changed so I couldn't come to BYC anymore. Since I paid for the yearly membership, I wanted to transfer it to someone else so it wouldn't be wasted. After emailing various people back and forth for almost a month, they agreed to transfer the remainder of the membership. When I emailed them details of the person that I want the membership to be transferred to, I never heard back. I kept emailing them but no one got back to me. It is deeply disappointing that in a place where kindness, compassion and empathy are preached, the opposite is being practiced. It's a shame that core principles of Yoga are being overlooked at BYC.
