Lovely studio, beautifully decorated with a welcoming entrance. The class with Laura allowed for everyone to practise at their level (eg with options to take a full bridge or head stand or gentle options for beginners). It's inspired me to get back into my regular practice after taking a break for a few months. The studio is great for both new and advanced yogis due to the friendly and experienced teachers.

I'm a Croydon resident and I love that we have such an excellent yoga studio in the centre of Croydon. I love even more that it is not a chain but is a local business run by a Croydonite (is that what we who live here call ourselves?).
The teachers are all terrific. There is a good variety between the classes and it is a friendly, welcoming place. There are classes in the morning, at lunch and in the evening - so you should be able to find a class at a time that suits whatever your job / other life demands may be (if you so wish). I'm a morning person (morning me is the best version of me, evening me is a fool) so I love the early morning classes.
Finally, they're teaching and bringing yoga into people's lives and yoga is one of the best things you can do for your life - to strengthen your muscles, to move your body in ways you otherwise wouldn't, to make your nervous system tingle in delight afterwards and to welcome in a bit of clarity to your mind at moments during and after class.
Also the studio's logo is a cool design.

After the initial 30 day trial membership at £39 for unlimited studio and online classes I decided to continue my practice with Croydon Yoga Hub with an unlimited online membership. If you join in the first 7 days of the trial membership ending you also get a 10% off your first month.

The studio is spacious and pleasant with very high ceilings and they provide all the equipment that is needed with a focus on hygiene after each class.

With pretty much all of the classes also being available online it made it super convenient to fit into the day. Especially for those working from home such as myself. I was able to attend multiple classes per day fitting into my work schedule which made daily practice super easy as well as fast improvements.

With classes offered 7 days a week this is truly the club to join if you are serious about making yoga a lifestyle choice.

All the teachers are super nice and makes the classes easy to follow even if you aren't there in person.

I would highly recommend the Croydon Yoga Hub whether you are a local or choose an online membership to help broaden the community and support this wonderful small business.

I've really enjoyed my membership with Croydon Yoga Hub and always feel calmer, and restored after visiting.
There are a range of styles of yoga and timings to choose from and all the teachers are good and unique in their approach.
A great little studio which feels proffessional, clean, and friendly.
I look forward to future classes, thanks 😊 🙏🏼

I do two classes a week with CYH - Mandala with Kat on Monday and Slow Flow with Fran on Tuesday.

Kat's Mandala class makes me feel great! Her positive energy and humour are a fantastic start to the week and I can definitely feel like I've moved and worked my muscles. I finish the practice calm, grounded and stretchy, ready to tackle the week.

I also really enjoy Fran's Slow Flow class and always finish feeling relaxed, peaceful, stretched and tired but, in a good way.

Both of these classes I do via Zoom which I am so grateful for as it means there are no issues with childcare/finishing work late etc.

Thank you Croydon Yoga Hub!

Not impressed! The website and admin side is extremely amateur and unprofessional . I struggled and struggled to register, and finally booked a class, only to be told when I sent to class that its not booked and ‘ we wouldn’t normally let someone take a class without paying’. I did not know that the payment bas not gone through, as I received a receipt,. No where on the website does it state that you should wait for email confirmation . I tried to pay. One of the other members told me its best to use the app - which I don’t want to do as I don’t have capacity on my phone. I was then obliged to sit and try to figure it out on my phone , in poor light , which I found quite stressful . The manager of course was not available , despite the instructor trying to reach her. I went home and tried and tried again in vain to get the registration completed, I received several emails demanding payment . Every time I processed a payment, I received a receipt, leading me to believe payment has been passed, I eventually sent her a screenshot of the bank page , the problem was on her side, not mine. She kept hassling me and I was stressed out by this. I offered to pay for the one class but she would; not have it , insisting that hs must have three payments
Finally payment went through , and she had nothing but excuses, but mostly blaming me. What an unpleasant experience ! . As the payment had then gone then finally gone through , I had two more classes. The instructor who took the class was very good - professional, very knowledgeable , pleasant, I wanted to book my final class, but hadn’t realised the offer had exported , The manager made no effort to let me know . I found this a bit disappointing. I’ve used other Yoga studios , and they are all professional in their manner and dealings. I contacted the manager but she was not interested , She had her money and was not interested in goodwill or returning clients . Although Yoga hub has good instructors, they are independents , who work for the manager. The manager is not very professional, and her business tools are not up to scratch . Nor is she very helpful , she’s obviously trying go generate an income with as little effort from her as possible. I would not recommend Yoga Hub as the website is impossible to navigate and the manager is very unhelpful . She’s clearly not interested in return business. On the whole the experience was a poor one - I just feel sorry for the instructor who was good and worked hard.

One of the best yoga studios I’ve ever been too. All of the teachers are friendly and personable, and there is a class suitable for everyone.
