I am currently 36 weeks and have been going to Kate’s Wednesday night class since I was around 20 weeks pregnant. I would highly recommend this class (and have done so to people in my antenatal classes!) as I have got so much out of it. Each class is tailored to any issues that we discuss at the beginning and attending has really helped my physical and mental wellbeing throughout my pregnancy. Thank you so much Kate!!

Yoga with Sarah every week (and sometimes with Kate!) kept me sane through a difficult pregnancy and really helped me feel like myself. The classes are so supportive, friendly and relaxing and really helped me maintain my emotional and physical wellbeing. It was so helpful to walk away each week with tips and tricks to ease pregnancy symptoms till the next class!

I attended both pregnancy yoga and postnatal yoga with Lushtums and would highly recommend both. It is a great way to exercise with friendly instructors who understand pregnancy and the postnatal body. These classes are also a great way to meet other Mums, share experiences and make friends.

I am 6 months pregnant and have been attending Sarah’s pregnancy yoga class for a couple of months. I find it incredibly relaxing and useful. The class size is small and intimate, allowing the class to be tailored to our needs. Highly recommend it.

Truly made such a difference to my mental and physical wellbeing during my twin pregnancy. I went almost every week from my 16th to 36th week and I put Kate's yoga classes down to being one of the main reasons I experienced minimal aches and pains whilst pregnant.

Kate is such a lovely teacher. I would highly recommend her pregnancy classes. I have attended group classes at Movement as well as the odd 1-2-1 when I can’t make the group class. Kate tailors the class to your needs each week both 1-2-1 and group classes. Lots of great advice and I always leave feeling so much better! Also a nice class to meet other mums.

Kate is lovely! Great class if you are looking to meet new mums and get lots of advice from Kate and the other mums to be who are going through the same experience! And of course the yoga! Slow paced and lots of differentiation tailored to your needs.

I have done pregnancy yoga and currently doing postnatal yoga with both Kate and Sarah. Both ladies are fantastic teachers, tailoring the class to your needs. Always showing an interest and offering advice and support. Doing yoga throughout my second pregnancy made a huge difference to my delivery and birthing experience. Now postnatal, not only do I gain an understanding of my body it’s also my hour of ‘me’ time without the kids. I would fully recommend these ladies, plus you get to meet some mums and share experiences and make new friends. 😀
