I absolutely love Ellen's classes and have been attending them for many years now. Ellen is a great teacher, her teaching technique works for all levels and abilities - she explains each movement and position and gives you the option to push yourself or take it easy. Ellen's classes are a pleasure to do and you always feel good for days after attending.

The North London Yoga Centre is a really welcoming and caring yoga centre, they make you feel really comfortable, like you are part of a family.

I have been going to Ellen’s Yoga lessons for many years now and I have her to thank for my love of yoga. I have been to a few different yoga classes but Ellen’s is my favourite class by far. Her style of teaching has helped me progress by teaching me patience through practice and how to concentrate on posture and what my body is feeling through the class. There is always a sense of calmness during the class and this allows me to switch off. Thank you so much!

A fantastic yoga centre with a great range of classes depending on ability. Carmen is a wonderful teacher who, even through Zoom in these times, has been such a calming and grounding presence during practice. Zoom links are always sent out on time, and she includes really useful information about different yoga poses that we will be trying in class.

Overall super happy with this centre and can't wait for some in-person classes soon! <3

I have been attending Carmen's classes for several years. The postures are carefully explained and then modelled. The background to Sivananda Yoga is often referred to and this helps with understanding its holistic nature. We are encouraged during the class to work at our own pace where effort and relaxation are seen as equally important. I always sleep well after my yoga class and the the suppleness that the discipline brings helps me in all areas of my life. Carmen is a dedicated teacher who brings fun to the class and is devoted to the benefits of Yoga practice......

I have been going to Carmen's classes for a little over 3 years now. She is an excellent teacher who carefully explains the yoga principles, with a different focus each week. Carmen has the qualities to support us, challenge us and all with a sense of fun. I always feel renewed yet relaxed after each class and feel truly grateful that I found such a special teacher.

I have been attending the North London Yoga Centre for several years and absolutely love it. All the teachers are extremely professional and supportive and really friendly. The availability of classes during the week means that I can always attend a practice and the variety gives me the opportunity to try out different forms of yoga. I can't recommend the Centre highly enough.

Ellen Georgiades Yoga Classes are inspirational! I've been attending her Thursday and Saturday classes for almost 2 years. She is the best Yoga Teacher I have ever had and you leave the classes feeling amazingly relaxed and rebooted!

I have been attending yoga classes at NYLC for years (in person before lockdown and online the last year). Pembe and all the teachers are incredibly supportive to help you relax and progress in your practice.

Carmen has a wonderful and positive energy. She always takes the time to understand how people are, cater positions based on people's previous yoga experience and takes into account any injuries people may have so you feel well looked after.

Yuli is also fantastic. If you ever want a gentle class where you can relax and unwind, Yuli has the best soothing voice and is great at guiding you through any restorative yoga postures and/or meditation (Yuli's yoga nidra classes). You feel well rested and refreshed after Yuli's class.

Also to add is how lovely other attendees are that join the classes. Overall it's a great yoga community and I would highly recommend the centre! :)
