I have probably had over 50 yoga teachers in various classes over the last ten years and Hsin's classes are without a doubt the best. Her classes heal from the inside out, and I leave every class feeling like I've focused on my physical, mental, and emotional self. A lot of teachers seem to 'go through the motions' with their classes, but you can tell Hsin cares about each class and each student, and that she dedicates considerable time to planning themes for each class - no two classes are ever the same. I also love that her classes are accessible for all levels and that it brings together beginners as well as the more experienced. Would highly recommend her for anyone looking to start or continue their yoga practice!

I've been attending Hsin's classes 3/4 times a week for about a year and a half- a positive review in itself.

Hsin's teaching style is very individualistic, despite being a popular teacher. She begins each class with a simple exercise to bring focus on your body and take the time to explore how you're feeling. For each pose, Hsin gives alternative options to choose, depending on your experience level and how you're feeling that day- the focus is to listen to your own body. Hsin reminds us to practise without ego, each person is at a different stage of their own yoga journey, so not to compare or compete with those around you. Although if you do look around in the class, you'll notice a wide range of people, beginners to advanced, teens to more mature, those with medical conditions and those without, all practising together without judgement.

My own yoga practise has improved tenfold during my time with Hsin. I've learnt and noticed more about my body, how I stand, the way my elbows and knees hyper extend, and have slowly learnt to adjust them.

As a result of Hsin's instruction, my practise has improved and developed as I have grown stronger and her attitude of listening and being kind to your own body has extended into my daily life. I love going to her classes and I'll continue to for as long as I can!

I love Hsin's teaching - she has been covering for my previous yoga teacher for over a year now at Beckenham and I'm very much into her way of thinking now. She creates a different theme each week and really gets you to think about what you're expecting to gain from your practice and what you're going to do with it !.I love her delivery - she is very articulate and creates a lovely calmness in the room. The group isn't large so it often feels like you're having one to one practice.Love her class !

It is not an exaggeration to say that attending Hsin’s yoga sessions has changed my life for the better. My husband who has never taken a yoga lesson before we joined Hsin’s yoga classes is a true convert. We both feel better both mentally and physically! I truly can say that I have become more flexible since attending two classes a week. I also try to practice the spiritual aspects of the session in the daily life. I highly recommend Hsin’s sessions to all beginners and beyond. Xx

Hsin is an excellent teacher. Her approach is calm and confident. Her knowledge of yoga is astounding as no two sessions are the same but I finish each one feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and relaxed.
Both in person and the online sessions are hugely beneficial and enjoyable. I was a complete beginner and am very glad that I found Hsin to teach me.

I would highly recommend Hsin Healing to anyone considering yoga for all the wonderful benefits it brings for body, mind and soul.

I have been doing yoga classes with Hsin for over 8 years now. Each session is throughly planned to suit the needs of the class and She always sets theme . We always start our class with Qi Qong / tai Chi . Hsin brings elements of somatic healing in our class so we can regulate our nervous systems and slow down from a busy daily lives .

Hsin offers private Reiki sessions and counselling . I have benefitted massively from having these sessions my depression is better and I don’t feel as lost . I feel sense of calm at Hsin studio. No judgement. This new way of counselling using yoga , reiki and talking therapy has been difficult emotionally but I believe it really helped unblock trapped emotions and helped me feel a sense of relief and release.

This is not your normal counselling session . Our talks have led me to see where I need to love myself more and my inner child so I can heal .

Thank you Hsin for everything you do and continue to help me.

I’ve attended small private yoga classes in home and workshops in the studio where she practices, for two years until I moved to another country. I loved her teaching so much that I’ve continued classes remotely through zoom. I had no idea yoga would be such a healing and transformative practice for me.
By the end of the sessions, I was amazed to find my body in a state of quiet, soft, light expansion. I could believe how at peace I could actually feel.
If you choose to pursue training with Hsin it will enrich your life and your yoga practice. Hsin classes are unique, she teaches Taoist Yoga with a combination of meridian stretching, qigong, spontaneous movement, breathing, visual and meditation for self-healing , emotional intelligence and cultivating your Qi (Life force energy).
It’s a beautiful practice and im really excited to learn more. The exercises Hsin teaches have naturally happen to me as if energy is guiding me quite gently and I let go and flow ( like water). This is Yoga, becoming one with very creation itself. The combination of learning to relax and learning to tense at will makes perfect sense to me. I’m absolutely in love with meditation and use the breath to calm the mind and cultivate inner stillness.

I have been participating in Hsin's yoga classes for a year-and-a-half now. I find the flow yoga sessions on a Wednesday evening really helpful to both my mental and physical wellbeing. I have a stressful job and Hsin's sessions certainly help to relieve that. I had a bad back recently and in a recent lesson, Hsin taught us to how to incorporate back exercises into our flow yoga poses. My back felt like a solid lump prior to the session. Afterwards I could move it comfortably vertebrae by vertebrae. I thoroughly recommend Hsin as a teacher. The sessions help me to relax, unwind and put a smile on my face!
