I first heard about Rebecca’s classes from a friend, and signed up to the beginner 5 week course, which was fantastic for someone like me who has never really done yoga before.

Rebecca is an excellent teacher, who clearly explains each of the poses or holds being explored and has such an encouraging manner, her students feel comfortable and confident in their learning. I found the breath work and being present elements of the classes as important as the poses and holds, and that by learning to focus on breath and being present helped me improve on the physical side of the classes.

Now I’ve completed the beginners course, I’ve booked for Foundation yoga and I’m looking forward to continuing my yoga learning.

Rebecca is a lovely yoga teacher and with a small group of just 7 she is able to take time to ensure you are working correctly. After a 5 week introductory course I finally feel like I know how to do my warrior and downward dog poses!

I found Rebecca by chance having seen an advert for breath coaching. I had been searching for a coach locally for some time since suffering from a lengthy episode of Anxiety and Depression.

I knew I had to find tools within myself to aid my recovery but needed someone to guide me. Rebecca has been a wonderful and supportive breath coach and yoga teacher. She was so approachable and non judgmental and gave me real hope that I could take control of my recovery. I had 3 breath coaching sessions where I learnt the basics and with home practice I have made real progress. I can't thank or recommend Rebecca highly enough.

Had the recent upper back and posture session with Rebecca . As usual really good and Rebecca really cares that you get techniques right to take away. Already I feel I m standing up straighter. I went last October for the yoga tune up ball session on legs and glutes etc and it's been a life changer to keep me running. I d say essential for an aspiring over 50 runner. So again thanks for all your help

Excellent class learning how to administer self-care for shoulders. I really enjoyed Rebecca’s style of teaching and found her class easy to understand, ask questions and very enjoyable. Thoroughly recommend and very likely I will be back.

My husband picked up a business card and thought that I may benefit from some supervised breathing exercises. I have Atrial Fibrillation and sometimes struggle to get my breath when under stress or increase in exertion. I made an appointment and Becky quickly made me feel at ease. I had a 3 session course, with homework! I now have tools to increase my quality of life and I continue to improve. I would recommend Becky to anybody with breathing problems.

Rebecca is a really talented teacher who considers all aspects of the mind and body. Her style of teaching is compassionate and individualised to each of her students needs. She teaches yoga asana thoroughly, guiding us to set up poses with care and precision, in a way that is right for our unique bodies, rather than guiding us through a flow of sequences without paying attention to strength/ alignment/ stability/ breath etc. Such a lovely studio, it is always a joy to practice here.

Becky was such a warming person from the moment I arrived, she helped me feel welcome and relaxed. Her teaching felt really accommodating for my limited movement in my hips.

She gave me lots of different instructions and options when I struggled and this helped me get more out if my practice. I left feeling a huge sense of progress and confidence in my movement. A great class & a great teacher.
