Sequoia Yoga Studio

This is a really lovely, secluded studio with a wonderful atmosphere. The teachers are experienced and all levels and able to cater for all abilities, adapting classes to each individual. They have broader experience in sports and so are able to advise those looking to complement existing training programmes with yoga, either for strength or stretching.

Whatever your previous experience of yoga I cannot recommend this place highly enough.

I couldn’t recommend the classes and teachers at Sequoia Yoga enough! The pop up studio just opened in Sept & Oct 2020 and its a dream 😌 don’t miss the chance to practice here!
