Diane Thomas - I have had some one to one sessions with Claire and also am now attending the group classes. Claire is one of the nicest and most genuine people. Her yoga knowledge is tremendous and she never makes you feel like you cannot do anything. Her approach is very much centred around you and the classes are suitable for beginners or experienced. I had never done yoga until a few months ago and I am now hooked. Thank you Claire you are fantastic.

Absolutely love Claire’s classes. Claire’s instruction is so clear and concise that you could perform the whole session with your eyes closed . It is apparent that Claire cares deeply that every person has a great experience, you cannot fail to leave feeling better than when you arrive .

I had 2 children close together and needed some "Me" time. Claire Bradley Yoga class popped up and at first I was reluctant to join as I had never done yoga before and didn't feel I was flexible enough for it. But I'm so glad I went ahead and booked onto the beginners class. I love it. It's a little night of sanctuary a week that also really gets me connected to my body and my mind with no external distractions. Just the focus on myself. Although it's the beginners class I don't feel like it's too slow paced, the more we do the more progression I see in myself and I thoroughly enjoy the classes and learning new positions and stretches. Claire is a wonderful instructor, clear and personable and creates a very soothing atmosphere. I look forward to the class each week and feel all the better for it. X

I am attending beginners Classes in Yoga on Wednesday mornings I have not always been able to make everyone but I still feel each class is a wonderful experience in its own right , I leave feeling less stressed and Clare is a very attentive instructor and creates a lovely ambience to the yoga classes I have been too

I have been practicing yoga regularly for 7 years & with Claire for nearly 3 years. I find her classes just the right blend of challenging & relaxing. I also enjoy the fairy/candlelight and chilled music selections to get me in my ‘yoga zone.’
Claire is most accomplished as an instructor relating well to her students and passionate about her craft. She communicates regularly by email snd also holds yoga events throughout the year to supplement regular weekly classes. I especially love doing yoga outside under the stars!!
I can highly recommend Claire! 🙏

Claire's online classes have been a lifeline over the past year. She's a lovely teacher, knowledgeable and inspirational. I love the natural/seasonal themes that she intertwines with the poses and flows each week. Always feel the benefit the next day. Looking forward to in-person classes again!

Really look forward to my weekly yoga practice 🧘‍♀️....Claire puts a lot of thought and effort into the sessions, motivated by the the season's. My body feels stronger 💪 my mind clearer. Classes are for everyone, Claire gives you the opportunity to step up or down a gear without judgement advising ways to get the best out of your practice. 🥰

I have taken pregnancy classes and now doing post natal (Mum and baby yoga) with Claire.

Pregnancy- Before coming I was concerned the pregnancy class was going to be too "wishy washy" or too gentle for my taste, but I found it to be a decent workout. Claire always starts with a check in, asking about any aches, pains or symptoms and makes suggestions for adaptations to work with your body. We also work on pelvic floor exercises which is really helpful for pregnancy. We also covered breathing exercises. When it came to my labour, I could use some of the positions we learnt to stay active and help ease the discomfort. I also met other women with a similar due date and stayed in touch with one. All sessions ended with a delicious relaxation exercise.

Postnatal- I started coming to this class when my son was 6 weeks old. Claire helps create a very welcoming, non-judgemental space for new parents to venture into with their new babies. I've felt comfortable breastfeeding and changing nappies in the middle of classes. I've gradually got more comfortable about my baby screaming in the class or allowing myself to take a few minutes to relax. Classes involve gently stretching the babies, gently stretching ourselves and using our babies as props/weights as we stretch (and the babies love watching us do strange positions). We also cover pelvic floor exercises. After an hour of yoga, we have herbal tea and a home baked treat, as we chat together for half an hour. I find this class has helped me ease into being out and about with a small baby, bond with my baby and nurture the relationship with my body and all the changes that have happened.
