I have been attending Allison's Yoga classes in Colwall for almost 2 years. She has a wonderful ability to make exercise fun. We exercise to the best of our ability and improve our fitness and flexibility. But the important part is the exercise is never a chore it is something to look forward to, the time flies by with lots of fun and laughter. I can heartily recommend her classes to both male and female.

I feel so lucky to have found a place on Alison's Wednesday yoga class! All ages and abilities attend, but for myself after grandmotherly duties, it is wonderful to stretch and strengthen aching muscles and relax and re-energise the spirits. Each week I look forward to Allison's welcoming smile and a morning of laughter and good exercise (though hardly being aware of its strength). I always leave with a feeling of refreshment and well being.

I was lucky enough to attend Allison's yoga classes in Malvern and what an absolute joy they were, having recently moved to Somerset I am still searching for a class that comes anywhere near Allison's. She is warm, encouraging and supportive and the Hatha yoga practice done at your own pace is superb.

I also attended one of Allison's yoga retreats at the Clover Mill and it was excellent, a full day of yoga, fantastic food, truly relaxing. I thoroughly recommend Allison's classes and yoga retreats.

Allison teaches a day retreat at The Clover Mill and it's lovely. Great introduction if you have never done yoga before. And experienced yogis will enjoy it. The teaching is great at all levels and you will love it! I did.

I have attended a number of Allison's one day retreats and have thoroughly enjoyed them.

Allison is friendly and welcoming. The retreats usually have a theme, perhaps a chakra or something related to the season. The yoga style is hatha and Allison gives plenty of alternatives to ensure it is accessible to all, the pace is gentle.

The retreats also include a focus on deep relaxation.

Lunch is usually included as are cakes and herbal teas and the facilities are high quality.

Overall, I would highly recommend.

I love Alisons yoga sessions, she is such a lovely lady and runs her sessions in totally relaxed fashion. She caters for all levels in each session so you can go easy or push yourself. I recently attended a yoga retreat run by Alison and it was wonderful. Already booked for one next year and can’t wait.
